The
DI-Series low profile DIP switch features splay terminals
for IC insertion machines or straight terminals for manual insertion.
Insert molding of terminals and ultrasonic welding as well as
the optional tape seal result in a wave solderable and washable
switch. Double contact design adds to the high reliability.
Also available in surface mount (DM-Series) and half-pitch (NDHS-Series)
variations. |

The
DM-Series surface mount DIP switch uses Valox (UL standard
approved 94V-0) to withstand flow soldering. New slide contacts
show higher shock and vibration resistance. Vapor phase and
IR-reflow solderable. Insert molding of terminals and ultrasonic
welding improve flux proofness and enable flux washing in whole
by top tape sealing. Gold terminal plating gives excellent results
when soldering. Also available in standard mounting (DI-Series). |

NHDS-Series surface mount DIP switch features a 0.050"
(1.27mm) terminal pitch. Compact, low profile and reflow soldering.
Switch design is simple, highly reliable, and virtually foolproof.
The contact has a self-cleaning mechanism. Tape seal for flow
soldering and washing standard. |
